Palma Puzzuoli

Palma Puzzuoli, President and founder of Research Insights Inc., has worked in the market research industry for over 20 years. She has held leadership positions at national insurance and financial institutions and was responsible for managing the market research function at a leading health insurance company. Since founding Research Insights Inc. in 2000, she has applied her technical research expertise and comprehensive understanding of marketing to positioning brands, removing barriers to trial, and building customer loyalty. Her clients include leading companies from a variety of industries such as health care, pharmaceutical, emedical devices, animal health, and national restaurant chains. Palma holds an MBA in Marketing from Seton Hall University and speaks fluent French.

On a personal note, Palma is dedicated to working for children's causes and serves as a "Wish Grantor" for the Make a Wish Foundation. She actively supports impoverished children in underdeveloped countries through Franciscan Works International. In her free time, she loves to practice yoga, travel and learn about healing arts from around the world. She is also a nationally certified licensed massage therapist.

Eileen Moran

A consultant to top medical technology, pharma/biotech, and health insurance organizations, Eileen Moran has worked as a market research consultant for the past 15 years. As a result, she has developed expertise in the areas of health care product and service development and global product development. She has lived, studied, and conducted market research across the U. S. and Europe. Eileen holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Illinois at Chicago and speaks fluent German. She lives in Chicago (go Cubs!) and loves to enjoy the city's culture and neighborhoods with her husband and two girls. She is also an avid traveler, with Brazil and India as her top two "must sees" on her travel agenda.

Nancy Richards

Nancy Richards' expertise lies in the areas of business and competitive intelligence, product trends and health delivery research. With over 25 years of experience in health care, health benefits, and health management research and analysis, Nancy is particularly adept at developing market and industry overviews, competitive landscapes, and environmental scans. She was responsible for managing the business intelligence function at a leading diversified health benefits company. Nancy's ten years of survey research at an academic health center created strengths in health delivery, biobehavioral studies and medical informatics. Nancy holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut. She plays piano and 12-string guitar and is an avid gardener.

Polly Staman

Polly has 20 years of experience in marketing, research and consulting. She has worked extensively with clients in the areas of product development, relationship management, branding, market segmentation and competitive benchmarking. A skilled executive level interviewer, she has conducted numerous interviews among consumers, employees and business executives, with a concentration in financial services and investing. Through her keen insights and strong writing skills, Polly effectively translates research into meaningful and relevant corporate learning. Polly holds an MBA from Suffolk University, and a BA in Counseling Psychology from Boston College. She loves gardening and hiking, and plays a mean game of Scrabble!

Tracy Flaherty

Tracy Flaherty, has over 15 years market research and consulting experience in the pharmaceutical, managed care, and public health arenas. A seasoned qualitative researcher, her strengths lie with her keen analytical abilities which allow her to synthesize research findings into actionable strategic business solutions. She is a quick study, able to work in various therapeutic categories, with her recent experience being in oncology, cardiovascular disease, infectious disease and healthcare economics. In her spare time, Tracy enjoys cooking, running and biking.
